The reason that we live in this beautiful home that we feel blessed to wake up in every single day is that an absolutely incredible real estate agent who has many years of experience and a real talent for helping people to find the perfect home of their dreams helped us to navigate the immeasurably complex home purchasing process and ultimately find our Forever Home. We were already very impressed with it from the pictures that she provided us but, once we walked through it and explored all that it had to offer, we truly fell in love with this place. Two days later, our offer was accepted. Keri and her assistant made the Closing Process incredibly easy. They explained everything incredibly well and were always available to answer our questions. Keri also made some spectacular recommendations of contractors and home professionals who have assisted us in making those few small changes that have made the house even more ours. Beyond being such a wonderful agent, Keri has really become a friend and took a little time out of her busy schedule to celebrate with us when we did our final walk through just before closing on the house. She still checked back with us frequently to make certain that everything went well and that we had all that we needed. You're going to need a realtor by your side with lots of knowledge and experience, compassion for how emotional it gets, and patience with the eighty million questions you're going to have. Keri Janda is 100% that realtor.
We were referred to Keri through a friend of a friend. We reached out to her and met for an in person consult shortly afterwards. Keri was so friendly and so prepared, giving us a book to walk us through the entire process and some goodies! We weren't quite ready to start looking, but Keri stayed in touch regularly until we officially started our home search a few months later.
Keri toured more homes with us than I can count, and helped us navigate bidding wars, rejected offers, and all the challenges that can come with house hunting. She really got to know us, our needs, and what we truly wanted our home to feel like.
Once we found our home, Keri negotiated a great deal for us and worked extremely hard to ensure that all needed repairs were completed. When an unexpected weather emergency shifted our closing date, Keri made sure we knew all of our options and helped us get to the finish line. We are so happy in our home, and grateful to have had Keri through all the twists and turns of getting here.
